Ameren Illinois developed this site to serve as the official news and information source in the event of a major disruption in the delivery of natural gas or electricity. Ameren Illinois serves 1.2 million electric and 840,000 natural gas customers in 85 Illinois counties.

EOC Status: Indicates the current status of the Ameren Illinois statewide Emergency Operations Center which can include normal operations, on alert and activated. When the EOC enters "stand down" mode, restoration efforts are managed by the local operation centers.

Alerts: Provide operational, safety and weather information from activation and damage assessment through restoration and deactivation of the EOC.
